Return Period

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your goods. You have the right to return your items within 60 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have approved the return, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days via the same payment method you used to place your order.

No restocking fees will be charged for returned items.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange your item, please email support@try-nevara.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and place a new order for the item you want.

Starting a Return

  2. Return Approval: Our customer service will contact you with instructions on how to return the product. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation.
  3. Return with Shipping Costs: Send the product at your own expense to the specified address. Make sure the product is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition and the reason for the return. We will then proceed with the refund.
